SAP PP Production Order

Production order creation 

Method 01 : using plan order - T code MD04
Steps
Goto MD04 ->  Select plan order -> Navigate to screen Addition data for element -> click button convert plan order to production order -> Navigate to screen Production order create : Header -> Click button Save then yes

Result : Production order number

Refresh MD04 screen. You will able to see the plan order has converted to production order

Method 02 : Manual - T Code CO01
Steps
Goto  Co01 -> Enter Material, Production Plant , Production type -> Navigate to screen Production order creae: header -> Enter Quantity, scheduling method ->  then save

Result : Production order number

Method 03 : Collective conversion - T code COHV
Steps
Goto COHV ->Navigate to screen Mass processing production orders -> select planned order only and then enetr materail , prodcution plant -> then execute

Then goto Mass processing tab -> select function as convert planned orders  , production type -> execute

Then Navigate to screen Mass processing -Order Header -> Select all -> Goto Mass processing -> Execute

Goto MD04 and check for the production orders

General Tab
Plan quantity , delivered qty , scrap , start date and end date

Assignment Tab
MRP controller , Reservation , planned order
*planned order empty means that Prod Oder has created manually
*check reservation T code MB23

Good Receipt Tab
Batch Number

Master Data Tab 
Bom Details & routing Details included

Long Text Tab
can enter any details

Administration Tab
created user id and time , last change user id and time of Prod Order
