Three methods of Goods Issue in Production Order

•  Inventory Management
•  Kanban
•  Warehouse Management 

Where the storage location mentioned in Production Order to issue Goods ?

•  Material  ( T code - MM02)      - In MRP tab-> Production Storage Location
•  Bill of Material ( T Code - CS02 ) 

         

GI with Inventory Management

Three ways 

• Manually   T code MIGO or MB1A
• Automatic aslo known as Back Flush 
• Collective T code Co27

1. Manual Goods Issue                                                                                                Option 1 - MIGO
   Goto MIGO -> Order : Good Issue -> Enter Production Order Number -> MVT Type : 261 ->
   Check -> Post 
   
   
   * Goto Production order ( Co03 ) then you can see the status has been changed to GMPS stands for Goods Movement Posted. 
   
   
   Option 2 - MB1A
   Goto MB1A  ->MVT Type : 261 -> enter Plant -> enter stor location -> click To order button and enter order number -> Enter batch number -> Post                                                                     
2. Automatic (Backflush method ) - Configuration                                                              Can be setup at Routing , Material Master OR Work Center 
   
   
   Option 01 : Routing - Ca02
   Goto Ca02 -> Click Component Allocation button -> select all operations -> Click New assignment -> Assign to last Operation -> tick on Backflush -> Save
   
   
   Option 02: Materail Master - MM02
   Goto MM02 -> MRP 2 -> Backflush :  01 -> Save
   
   
   Option 03: Work Center - Cr02
   Goto Master (MM02 ) -> MRP2 -> Backflush :02 -> Save
   Goto Cr02 -> Basic Data Tab -> Back Flush -> Save                                                                                                                                                                                                * Once Order confirmation done ( Cor6n/Co11n )  , in Production Order (Co02) you can see the status changed to GMPS.                                                                                                                 
3. Collective GI                                                                                                              Goto Co27 ( Picking List Screen ) -> Select Profile : Standard Pick Profile -> Execute -> Select all Production Orders -> Click Carryout Picking up button -> Enter Storage Location -> Save
